Recently, my parents went to their store and bought some T-shirts and underwear. The quality at this price, which the product costs, is completely suitable. I always buy more but so that I can change. Therefore, in the summer you can safely take things. I recommend!

Item came with a hole in it. I would have returned but they don't provide a returns label and I don't have a printer. Tried contacting customer support with pictures of the broken item if they'd give me a refund. No refund without returning. Won't be purchasing again.

Nice clothes and they arrived quickly but the sizing is really really small. I ordered a size 8 pair of jeans and will have to return them for either a 10 or 12.

I ordered for the 4th time this month and this will definitely be the last time. On each of these occasions my order arrives incomplete due to out of stock. You order things that appear available on their website, you want them, you pay for them and when they arrive at your house they tell you that they didn't send you everything because there was no inventory. It is extremely annoying that they continually offer something and then tell you there isn't any.I prefer brands like HM in price, quality and customer service.

First time ordering from Bershka. Package arrived quicker than expected and the products were great, fit perfectly. I was a little disappointed by the packaging. It was a little dirty and had a hole in it. Overall pretty good experience, would order again but also would like a little more attention to detail when it comes to packaging.

Absolutely love the pants that I ordered. However, when unboxing - I noticed that the silver zip was rusty and brown in areas. Really want the pants, so I’ve kept them. Would of reordered but don’t have my size anymore :(
